One of Francisco Estevan's older sons became one of the first Spanish Catholic to Mormon Spanish converts. A March 1985 Ensign (magazine of the LDS church) has documented a story on his conversion. Estevan Francisco and Carmelita are buried at the church yard or under the church of Our Lady of Guadalupe in Conejos. |
